The brief called for a layered home that could carry family life without feeling busy. Space Tribe reorganized the living, dining, and courtyard edges to make movement feel intuitive while retaining intimate areas for reading, hosting, and quiet work.
Material choices focused on honed stone, textured timber, hand-finished plaster, and soft upholstery. Built-in storage was integrated into the architecture so the rooms remain clean and generous throughout the day.
Lighting was planned in scenes for morning routines, evening hosting, and weekend downtime. The result is polished but easy to live in, with every detail working in service of comfort.
